Shipping 

Orders are processed 1-2 business days after submitted. Not including weekends or/and holidays. (SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED BY USPS DUE TO COVID-19)

We are not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS can not pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed. If your package is returned for insufficient address, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping charges to reship. SHIPPING CHARGE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly please text us immediately 760-543-6046 or 760-575-2521 to resolve the issue and update your order with the correct shipping address.

If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United Postal Service directly to track down your package.  We do not hold responsibility for packages that are marked delivered.

Tita’s Fashion Boutique  is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Packages may be left at your front door or mailbox by courier. We have NO control over what happens to your package once it is received and processed by USPS. We DO NOT replace or refund orders that are marked "DELIVERED" by USPS or any other courier.
