Refund policy
How do I return an item?
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE, WRONG, or MISSING items you must contact us via email within 5 days of delivery otherwise we will not be responsible for defective, wrong, or missing merchandise.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit only in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- We do not accept items that are without original tags, worn, washed, altered, beauty products, bras, underwear, and shoes.
- All returns must have valid tracking information. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All shipping fees must be paid by customer. You are responsible for shipping cost at checkout, shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Taxes are not included in the credit as well because you already paid taxes on the credit amount.
- If you receive Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost out of your store credit.
- If it is an even exchange for another size we will ship your item free of charge. If the item is available when return is processed, if not you will get a credit code and will be held responsible for paying shipping again on new item(s).
